Women’s self defense
classes
Private, Group or Seminars
Have you ever had the feeling that something or someone your with
just doesn’t feel right? Well, that is your first step in
learning self-defense in today’s society. That feeling is
the basis of your self defense, and take heed, it is a warning of
danger. Remember, preventing danger from happening in the first
place is much easier then trying to defend or escape during or after
the worst has happened to you. When it comes to self defense training,
the basic theory for women is escape. Right? But that’s not
necessarily true. Let me ask you a few questions.
Are you concerned about the possibility of being attacked? Or how
about finding yourself in a potentially dangerous situation? If
you found yourself in that position, would you feel unprepared and
unsure of what you should do? Are you aware of what’s going
on around you at all times? Could you be in a dangerous situation
without knowing it? And, if you were, could you run away from it?
Are you in shape to outrun an attacker? Do you jog all the time?
When your life or person is threatened, the only thing that matters
is what you can do to protect yourself.
I don’t want to frighten you with today’s F.B.I. statistics.
But I will give you some to wake you up to the real deal. Did you
know that 1 in 5 women who are dragged into a car, 4 never survive.
A little tip, when in a supermarket parking lot know what’s
going on around you, don’t just concentrate on your groceries
and you may not be caught in such a trap. Be aware enough to scream
before anything can happen. Alerting others that you need help.
